(Aug 07) From King's official website: The Crawling Shadow (tentative title for Volume V of The Dark Tower series) Novel Health permitting, Steve expects to recommence work on the Dark Tower series in January 2001. OH MY GOD! WOO-HOO!!! Time to update my DT pages...
(Jul 11) I added a page for the proposed new Dark Tower novel, "Thunderclap" (in quotes because the title is HIGHLY speculative). All new info I get about that book will appear there first, but I'll create a permanant link to there from here. Visit that site --->Thunderclap [now The Crawling Shadow].
(Jul 11) Last year, Robert Silverberg's Legends was released containing short novels which work within major fantasy writers' epics. King's contribution, "The Little Sisters of Eluria," was a Dark Tower story. Now, the rather large collection will be released in three seperate volumes, volume 1 in September (containing both King and Orson Scott Card -- Wahoo for me!), Volume 2 in November, and volume 3 in February 2000. THe King story is great -- the most classic "horror" of his cross-genre epic. Enjoy!
