Birdies daughter Paula m: Bill a Naval Capt. Commander in Azora Islands, Vietnam. Resided in Phoenix, Arizona. They had 1 daughter Maureen and adopted a daughter Shirley whose husband is a Major in the Marines in Vietnam. Maureen had a girl who was 5 in 1970's. Paula and Bill transferred from Azora Islands to Puerto Rico.

Birdies son Don married and lived in Carmichael, California. His oldest son enlisted in the Army in 1970's, was 18 in March.
