Emily Wilson Information

Emily Williams was born 27 January 1849 in Washington Co., Indiana, daughter of Thomas Williams and Phoebe Jones. (There is a possibility her parents were James Williams and Jane Laster.) Emily's first husband was Joseph Hitchcock. They were married on 13 October 1874, Washington Co., Indiana. (No children). Emily married Benjamin Franklin Fleenor 1 June 1879 in Washington Co., Indiana. They had three children. Benjamin "Frank" died 30 May 1910, and was buried in New Hope Cemetery, Salem, Washington Co., Indiana. Emily remarried for a 3rd time to Frank's brother George Washington on 15 August 1914 at Brownstown, Jackson Co., Indiana. George died 14 Feb 1919, Crothersville, Jackson Co., Indiana, and then Emily died shortly thereafter on 28 Feb 1920 in Crothersville, Jackson Co., Indiana. She is buried in New Hope Cemetery next to Benjamin Franklin.
