Chinese fast food.

Little Panda Chinese fast food restaurant is in the Yaohan Market at 21515 Western Ave. in Torrance. Northwest corner and a few buildings north of Carson St. It's in a mall with a supermarket, food court, shops, lots of underground parking, and an occasional free English and Japanese newspaper. I want to try the lunch special with a choice of two items, soup, rice, and chow mein for $3.95. The food court has it's own stream, nice decor, and is packed at lunch time.

4/27/99 - I tried the lunch special. The hot and sour soup was ok, but a bit thick. The two little pieces of fish had lot of bones and were a bit too greasy for me. The orange chicken was just ok with a vinegar taste. If I go again, I would try other items.
