| Mongolia is a country in between China and Russian Siberia where the've probably never have seen a Citroën or a BX in particular. This is obvious when you look at the drawing they've made. The front just looks a little like the BX and the "Double Chevron" is upside down. On the background you can see the Eiffel tower and the Arc de Triomphe with the words "CITROEN FRANCE". | La Mongolie est le pays entre la Chine et la Sibérie (Russie). On y a probablement jamais vu une vrai Citroën et sûrement pas une BX. Un simple coup d'oil sur le timbre suffit : l'avant de la BX est très approximatif et le "Double Chevron" est renversé. A l'arrière plan la Tour Eiffel et l'Arc de Triomphe sont visibles avec les mots "CITROEN FRANCE". |

| This is probably the first stamp with a 2CV on it, on the occasion of the "Day of the Stamp" in March 15,1958. On the stamp is the 2CV AU (A-utilitaire) from the French Post. The AU had on the roof a special rack for a bicycle, that was used in rural areas. The scane return in another way on the "First Day Cover" beneath. | Ce timbre est probablement le premier contenant une 2CV et date de la Journée du Timbre de 15 mars 1958. La voiture est une 2CV AU (A-utilitaire) de la Poste Française. L' AU avait un support sur le toit, pour la bicyclette qui était utilisée dans les régions rurales. L'image sur la "FDC" est environ la même. |

| Niger is also a country in Africa that was a French colony before. In 1972 this stamp appeared for the "Day of the U.P.U." It shows the history of the Post with getting the post-sacks out off the back of the 2CV AZU. So there is a car on this Air Mail stamp! | Le Niger est aussi un pays d'Afrique qui etait une colonie Francaise. Ce timbre date de 1972 à l'occasion de la "Journée de l'U.P.U." On y voit des sacs postaux étant déchargés d'une 2CV AZU. Le timbre de la poste aérienne montre ainsi une voiture! |

| Sweden is
a Scandinavian country in Northern Europe. In October 1997 the Swedish
Post gave out a series of stamps with famous cars. One of them being the Traction Avant (or B11). The stamp has no printed value on it (it always increases) but is valid for a "Brev" (letter). |
