The Tarot have spoken to me more than any divination tool that I have used, and I've used alot of different ones!

The Runes are my second favorite for divination and I'll cover them in another section of this site.

For those of you who do not know or have never handled a tarot deck, there are two suites to the cards.

I will give brief descriptions of the Major Arcana and leave the exploration of the Minor Arcana to the individual.

The Major Arcana consists of 22 cards, the Minor has 56.

Deck usage is up to the individual. Personally, I prefer either the Ryder-Waite or The Witches Tarot (not to be confused with The Tarot of the Witches. I have both and much prefer the former!)

I cannot possible cover all the aspects or elements of each of the cards here and so the best thing for you to do is to purchase a deck and get the feel of them on your own. I can however, give you enough information to get your feet wet and possibly help you decide if the Tarot are for you.

Remember...If you let them, the cards will speak to you. They pick up your energies the more you handle them and, eventually they will know you as well as you know them.
