Known Issues in FreeVol-3D v1.2-beta (Freeware):

• DICOM Reader: Fails to read some types of studies (has been noticed in Siemens, GE LightSpeed data)
• DICOM Reader: Ignores Orientation and Patient Information
• Limited to 50 slices per volume.
• Movie Tool is limited to short sequences and is slow.
• Image Gallery is somewhat flaky (especially on Delete)

I am dependent on freeware contributions for these modules. I will incorporate updates from the contributors as and when they are available.

• PC running Windows.
• Nvidia GeForce4 (Ti4400 or Ti4600) or Quadro4 or  GeForce3 AGP graphics card, preferably with recent Nvidia drivers installed.
• Minimum Display Resolution: 1280 x 1024
• Minimum 256 MB RAM recommended.
• FreeVol-3D has been tested on a Pentium PIII 900 MHz, 512 MB RAM, running Windows 2000, with ASUS GeForce4 (Ti4400) and GeForce3 cards (Nvidia Detonator drivers 29.42 upto 42.60 ) at 1280 x 1024 resolution. Some users report that it runs on GeForce2 cards, with slower rendering.
