Secret Game
Pressing the start button on the player 2 controller during the start
of the title sequence brings up a very rudimentary, yet cool little
game in the style of the Light Cycle game out of TRON.
NBA IN THE ZONE 2
Cheat to play with jordan,o'neal,barkley..ect..
For example,to play with jordan you must change the number and the
name of the player called "M Guard" in the Chicago team.(there is an
option to make it in the customer menu,this option is "edit player")
then trade this player in the chicago team and replace him in the
starting line up (change him for Toni Kukoc to have the real Chicago
starting line-up: Harper,Jordan,Pippen,Rodman,Longley)
then when you play,you really see that this guy IS michael
jordan!!! (same face,same statistics, and the pieces of black textile
on his arm and leg) do the same to have Charles Barkley with Houston,
O'Neal whith Los Angeles..ect...andother players you think are missed
because it costs to much to put them in a Basketball game.

To access an extended roster for one of the teams, hold
and rotate the thumb-pad counter-clockwise a couple of
times while the team you want is highlighted during the select
teams screen.

Secret Characters
Type the name of the producers and programmers names in the create a
player option. Make sure you push start at the last letter of each name
or it won't work. It will put them on the free agency list. It won't
count as a creared player. You can have all the producers and still make
40 players. The announcer even announces their name. Here are the names.

After the game has started and you are at the Game Setup menu,
press:
L1 X X L1 X Square R1 X Square R1 Circle (Don't panic if this
takes you to another screen.) then hold (for a second or two):
Up + Right + Triangle + Square.
Even though it may open another menu (such as the Credits screen on
the Game Setup screen), it actually activates secret codes.
Then, when you have pressed START and are loading the game,
HOLD DOWN L1 + R1 + Up + Right + Triangle + X + Square
+ Circle for as long as it takes to enter the game. You then get a
secret code menu screen.
1. When in the secret code screen, L1 and L2 control player height
up/down (respectively). The number is in inches. Minimum = 1.5
Feet, Maximum = 12 Feet.
(Note: Any height greater than 7'10" cannot slam the ball.)
2. D-Button Up and Down control chameleon mode.
3. START and SELECT on controller 1 set the outdoor court
on/off.
To exit the cheat area and go to the game, hold down Triangle + X
on controller 1.
NBA SHOOT OUT
PLAY AS EITHER 94/95 PHEONIX OR 95/96 SAN ANTONIO ALL STAR GAME
It has the All Star Weekend court, and the team names are Western/Eastern but the players still seem to be the
ones from the team you picked at the selection screen.
At the Exhibition Game screen press either:
R1 L1 R1 L1 R2 L2 R2 L2 (94/95)
or
R1 R1 R2 R2 L1 L2 L1 L2 (95/96)
And an All Star menu option appears allowing you to select it on or
off.

If it worked you'll immediately see another level of game difficulty.
NCAA FOOTBALL '98
Team Codes
In order to use the team passwords, you must enter them in the User Records
screen during an exhibition game. As you enter the last letter of a
password, you should hear "It's in the Game." Then scroll BACKWARDS two
screens to the Team Select screen. The teams you entered will then be
available at the beginning of the alphabetical list. All of these
passwords can be entered on the User Records screen at one time - after you
hear "It's in the Game," just keep overwriting the same slot with a new
password. The last password can be cleared without affecting the cheats.
I cannot find a way to save any of the passwords to memory.

If you want to race the secret car, after you type that
password get out of tournament mode. Then when you select
a car press and hold L1+R1. Secret Car!! I'm still not sure
this one works. I'm at work so I can't try it :(
Don't have a Saturn but want to play Sega Rally? Well,
now you can play NFS in Rally Mode!! Go to any track select
except Rusty Springs and press and hold L1+R1. Power Slide
City!! Note: if you do this on Rusty Springs you get
OASIS...
Want some faster additions to the regular cars. At any
car select (without that top code) just press and hold
L1+R1 and you get Warrior Car. Sorry, you can't set any
records with these. I've heard that these are a little
too fast!!
Finally, you can play arcade mode when you go to lap choice.
You guessed it...press and hold L1+R1 and it will say
ARCADE. Not sure what the significance of this is.

UNLIMITED HEALTH BAR
For an unlimited Health bar, hit L1, R1, R2, L2 fast at the title
screen, but you can still die if you fall off the ledge.

First, get the instruction booklet and turn to the credits page.
Second, go to create a player.
Now, take any name from the list below of the developers of the game. These

PERFECT PLAYER
This cheat will give you a perfect player with an overall of 99. Just go
to the TEAM ROSTERS option and pick CREATE PLAYER. Look in the back of
your NHL Faceoff 97 instruction book. Enter the name as one of the
people from the CREDITS (I preffer Alan Scales). Then put them as number
1, have their weight as 150, and press triangle to exit (trust me). Go
to the SIGN FREE AGENTS option. The player you created will have a 99 on
all of his skills (ex. shooting, passing, skating, checking, etc.)

THREE SECRET OPTIONS
- At the title screen, quicly press [Up], [Up], [Left], [Left],
[Down], [Down], [Right].
Then....
Pressing [Triangle] + [Select]: Increases scrolling speed (2x)
Pressing [Square] + [Select]: Removes the select menu
Pressing [X] + [Select]: Score Attack Mode
NOVASTORM
Play the game through until you die. When you get a high enough score,
you may enter your name on the high score list. Put in the name, TWIRLY and
then leave a space at the end. Press START and you will get back to the Main
Menu Screen. However, there will be a new option in the middle of the screen.
Choose this symbol to access the level select. Choose a sub-stage within any level!
