I LOVED THIS MOVIE. Best movie of the year by far. I will admit that this movie is not going to be for everyone. The violence is intense. However, I do believe that everyone can enjoy the film if they give it a chance (except people who insist on love stories). The swordfighting is great. Russell Crowe is nearly perfect. I honestly cannot think of one thing wrong with this film. I also could not have enjoyed the movie more. It was intense, heartfelt, and a little bit dark. There were horses, swordfighting, and great acting. They put together all the things that I like into one fantastic film. This movie is definitely in my top ten of all times. (It may not be as well made or perfect as Citizen Kane, but it is one of the most enjoyable movies of all time.) A+ |
