Seasons change so quickly
Fallen leaves on the ground.
Pretty colors of red, orange, yellow,
And even green leaves fall somehow.

Fallen leaves, leave me empty.
As the trees go bare
Taking all the beauty that once was there.

I use this time for reflection,
And find awareness in my life.
With every fall
There after comes a growth of pure delight.

Fall has left me empty
As the trees go bare
Taking all the beauty that once was there.

But as the seasons come, and go
The leaves on the trees in
In Spring will again grow.

"Small Steps"

Do not despair, that you cannot change

The world in a day or two.

Instead, just give your very best

In the little things you do.

Then you will find in days to come

When taken all together,

These little steps did change

and make the world a little better.
