You need:
Yarn,any color
Ribbon
Glue

 Make a thick 12 inch braid of different colored pieces 
of yarn. 
 Decorate with a ribbon bow on the top and bottom.
 Attach a loop to the top.
 Thats it! Hang your barrettes on it!
