You don't have to live in CT to be on the mailing list. If you're looking for other goths to talk to about scene related stuff, or anything for that matter, than feel free to sign up. And if you DO live in CT or any of the surrounding areas, then join to meet other area goths, find out what shows or events are upcoming and when we're all getting together for things like parties, shows or just dinner or coffee. All you need to do is email athena with your name (if you choose...it just makes keeping tract of who's on the list a lot easier) and email address that you want to get list mail to. Keep in mind that at times the list mail could be heavy. I peronsally don't think it is, but I'm used to the Boston list with 150-200 messages a day at times. So far we have averaged about 15-20 a day. If you think that's too much, let me know and if I get enough requests for a digest version I'll work on getting one together. But at least give the regular format a try. I don't think it's that busy, but a few people have thought so.
Also, remember that this IS a discussion list also. We aren't just posting about upcoming events or anything. So if all you're looking for is show listings,please visit the Events List here on the page. The list is updated once a week and any additions or corrections can be sent to me (if you aren't on the list) or directly to the list once you have joined in.
