Scenes of downtown Vrbosko
Top right picture: On a rainy day with an umbrella to hide his features, a cabbage salesman was selling large gunny sacks of fresh cabbages. The tractor pulls the cart into town at a popular corner near the post office. Middle right picture: At the town city limits, actually proof that this Staringer was there!!! Bottom right picture: The grocery store with the name Stajminger was the closest thing to our name we could find. Unfortunately, no one in the town could speak English, so my efforts to make connections by holding the name "Steiningar" on a pad in front of me got no response.
