1 egg 1/2 cup skim milk nutmeg, to taste cinnamon, to taste 4 slices of bread beat egg, milk, and spices in shallow bowl or pie pan. 2 packages of croissants 8 eggs cheddar cheese (grated) meat of choice toppings of choice Spread croissants out on a cookie sheet. Beat eggs and pour over croissants. Sprinkle with cheese, meat, and toppings (canadian bacon and mushrooms are good). Bake according to package directions until done. Cut into 16 slices.
