Cookies

We found adding protein powder to any recipe to be easy. It adds more flavor, decreases the carbs in a recipe, adds protein, and makes even the empty calories of cookies more satisfying.

The cheapest we've found is at Wal-Mart.

We use whey-cooking for a child doesn't leave much room for experimentation. There's other protein powders including soy.

Invest in a scoop to be used for cookies. We bought size D-30 (bowl size of 1 7/8"). It gives you a uniform nicely sized cookie (no complaints about the cookie being too small!). All of the following recipes use this scoop.

The following recipes are everyone's favorites. They're found in the most popular cookbooks and recipe file boxes. The above changes have been made to them and the nutritional analysis figured out.

Enjoy!
