Drop on greased cookie sheet with D-30 (bowl size 1 7/8") ice cream scoop). Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes, remove from tray. Makes 35. No Bake Cookies Part A: Part B: 2 c. sugar 3 c. quick cooking oats 3 T unsweetened cocoa 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. margarine 1 t. vanilla extract 1/2 c. 1% milk Bring Part A to a rapid boil - boil for 1 minute. Add pre-measured Part B. Mix together. Drop with a D-30 (bowl size 1 7/8") ice cream scoop onto waxed paper. Cool. Makes 26. Snickerdoodles 1/2 c. butter/margarine 3 c. flour 1/2 c. shortening 2 t. cream of tartar 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 t. baking soda 2 eggs 4 T. sugar 4 t. cinnamon Mix shortening, eggs, and sugar. Blend all dry ingredients and stir in (do not include the 4 T. sugar and 4 t. cinnamon). Mix sugar and cinnamon. Scoop dough into a size D-30 (bowl size 1 7/8") ice cream scoop.
