Elizabeth, daughter of Catherine Fox and Joseph Keeler, married
Col. Wilson Duggan, who was a lawyer in Sevier County.  He
was licensed to practice law in December 1829 and practiced
until his death in the 1870's.  Wilson served as a representative
to the Tennessee legislature  in 1843-53 and 1865-67.  Besides
his extensive law practice, Col. Duggan owned a good .farm and
was a teacher in 1826-27.  He was the son of Robert Duggan, a
veteran of the Revolution and Margaret Dunn.  Their children
were: 
+ a. Lemuel Duggan, born 1827-8. 
+ b. Pryor L. Duggan, born 1829-30. 
  c. Lisa Duggan, born 1831.
  d. Jason Duggan, born 1834-4 
  e. Margaret C. Duggan, born 27 Mar 1838.  She Married 19
Feb 1882 Rev. James A. 
Thomas. Margaret died 18 Jun 1911 and is buried in Bethel
Cemetery. 
+ f. William H.H. Duggan, born 1839. 
  g. Elizabeth Duggan, born 22 Sep 1844. She died 18 Mar
1875 and is buried in Duggan Memorial Cemetery. 
+ h. Wilson Laverne Duggan, born 29 Jul 1848. 
  i. Robert Campbell Duggan, born 1849-50.

Sevier County Will Book I 
Pages 203-4:   In the name of God, amen.  I Wilson Duggan, a
citizen of Sevier County, Tennessee, do make and publish this
my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all
wills by me heretofore at any time made. 
1st: I desire that as soon after my decease as practicable, my
Executrix, who is herein after named shall will and truly pay all
my Indebtedness and 
2nd: I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Elizabeth all
my property, real, personal and mixed during the full terms of
her natural life and to our four youngest children: to wit.
Margaret C., Elizabeth, Wilson L., and Robt. C. Duggan at her
death. I make no provision herein for any other of my Children  ,
having heretofore provided  for all of them. 
3rd: I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Elizabeth Duggan to
be my sole Executrix of this will and waive the execution of
Bond on her part. In witness whereof I have heretofore Set my
hand and Seal this the 20th day of March 1874.
