Walker was the third son of Nelson Fox and Barbara Shrader. He served as justice of the peace and county judge in Sevier County in the 1890’s. His children were:

+ 2. Hazen R. Fox, born 1 Oct 1886.
+ 3. Anna S. Fox, born 18 May 1888.
+ 4. Lonnie Murphy Fox, born 2 Nov 1889.
+ 5. Herman Arthur Fox, born 18 Apr 1891.
+ 6. Blanch Mae Fox, born Mar 1893.
7. Iva Scott Fox, born 22 Aug 1895, died 10 Dec 1897, buried in Trundle Family Graveyard.
+ 8. Ina Sharp Fox, born 22 Aug 1895.
