I have not found any data to support this. ================ John Walker was commissioned an Ensign in the Sevier County militia on 9 Dec 1808. He served as an ordnance sergeant in the War of 1812 in Simeon Perry’s company of Col. Sam Bunch’s regiment of Mounted Infantry.
