Bio - An organization developed by a band of thieves in hopes of finding a legendary crystal known as the Frozen Flame. Once destroyed by Malice, now reborn, its overall goal still remains the same. The motive has changed however, for an Ex-Radical Dreamer known as Hiroshi already has a shard of that gem, and has considerable power. Now it is a race between Malice and Hiroshi to secure the remaining pieces of the crystal in an ultimate battle to save the universe.
