15 minutes from Pattaya. On the seafront
where the Pattaya to Jomtien Road (Theppraya Road) meets the Beach Road,
look for the police station. Turn right and walk along the beach for about
500 meters until you come to "Tui's Place" on the right. Opposite is
the center of the gay area of the
beach. Each section is operated by an individual who will serve food and
drinks all day. You pay the bill when you leave, including a charge for
using the deckchairs and services. The area is very busy at weekends and
some afternoons. Closed at dusk.
