Hi! My name is Dustin. I currently live and attend college in Phoenix,
Arizona. I am 6'1" tall, weigh 275 lbs, have brown hair, green eyes,
and I turned 27 years old on September 9th ('98). I have long had an
admiration for jet aircraft, commercial jet aircraft, that is, since
I was a child. My favorite aircraft and one that I have had many opportunities to fly on is the McDonnell
Douglas MD-80 series. I remember, as a child, accompanying my mother
and father to the airport in Little Rock, Arkansas (my home, originally)
to see my father off on yet another business trip. He always flew on
Delta airlines, and more often than not, his aircraft was always a
Douglas Commercial-9 (a.k.a.* DC-9). You might say, "Well, that's not
an MD-80." But wait, did you know that the MD-80 series has been
certified with the name "DC-9-80"? The only exception is the MD-88,
which is the only MD-80 series airplane to carry the "MD" registration.
I would watch in fascination as the T-tailed tube with wings lifted
off the runway and soared into the sky. I have always been fond of these
aircraft, and thought they should be the topic of my homepage, for all
of those out there who would like to learn about/view photos of the
MD-80 series aircraft. Hope you enjoy! Be sure to visit my links,
