The drop ship pulled away from the docking bay of the Normandy, and waited till it was with in safe distance to fire up its thrusters. Destination, a Pirate armory facility on Enceladus, mission destroy the facility and all surrounding buildings. The drop ship sway from side to side avoiding ground to air surface fire from the moon's surface, at the same time avoiding Normandy's long range weapon fire to the ground. Inside the drop ship, radio transmission was over heard between the pilot and nearby flying E-frames. The radar dispersal Missile was launched to the surface as the ship reared in closer to the drop sight. Dodging fire shots all the way down, when the whole ship shook, and sparks burst out of the panels. "What the heck was that? Were we hit?" asked the pilot looking towards his Co-Pilot "I don't know, I think we were, but I can't see where we were hit," reply the co-pilot as he looked out the side window. "Normandy, were receiving heavy fire over here, I would really like some back up over here," said the pilot as he maneuvered the ship to avoid getting hit by enemy fire. "Hold on captain, help is on its way," reply Hobbes, as he order for Normandy fire to be diverted to cover the drop ships landing, "just watch your rear, last thing I need now is for you guys to run into our weapon fire" "Yes, sir," replied the captain, smiling as he saw Normandy's weapon fire whiz by the ship. Seconds later seeing the flashing lights on the surface of the as the Pirate ground batteries exploded. All this took place as the Jumptroops waited in their capsules, waiting for the drop. What might have been minutes seemed like hours inside what they call, "The Cell." Hoping that the gunners down below did not shoot them out of the sky before they reach the ground, defenseless inside. They would not dare the risk of opening fire inside the cell, for many have died panicking, and firing from the inside out to get out. Jumptroops is not for everyone, those who live the life know that. All they could do now is wait, sitting there all alone with the noises surrounding them. Thinking of anything to keep their minds off of what was going on around them. Capt. Tom J. went over the mission in his head, planning and checking every step. Adding in the many possible variables that could take place. Dirk thought of what it would be like to fly with E-Frame, engaging in a space dogfight with one of the pirates. Robert sat there looking over his equipment, going down his checklist one by one. Keeping his mind occupied. Checking his Plasma rifle, his rocket pack, the straps on his chest, his pressure suit, going down his list. Olivia tried her best to think of happy thoughts, but the gunfire about her spooked her out of deep thought. All she really desired was the mission to be over, and to be back onboard Normandy, in her quarters sleeping. Crow on the other hand fumbled about in the capsule, smiling to himself, like an eager schoolboy waiting for recess to begin, and his fun to start. Gripping the handle of his plasma rifle tightly, holding it close to his chest "oh man, oh man, oh man, I going to get to see some action today," he thought to himself, as looked at the rifle in his hand. Leon on the other hand was not thinking of the mission, or checking his equipment, nor was he eager to get to the surface, for once he got there. The only way out is to fight your way out. His mind drifted, to a distant memory. * * * * * * * * * * * * * It was cloudy morning, Leon stood by the window, glazing out in the courtyard. Watching the tree dance with the wind, and the sky darken with every passing second. Looking up in to the clouds, "It looks like it going to rain," said Leon, glazing away into the vastness of the sky. Feeling homesick, and thinking of his kid sister's birthday coming up over the weekend, he failed to noticed four approaching Neo E-Frames. As they came closer to the campus, one of the Neo frames fired three missiles at them, it wasn't until one of them hit the building, causing it to shake, did Leon wake from his drifting thoughts. Moments later, his roommate burst into the room, crying out, "We're under attack." "What!" said Leon as he was just woken from a long dream. Not realizing what was taking place, "Didn't you hear me, the Neo are invading the home worlds. We're under attack," bellowed out Leon's roommate Vinnie Pellegrino, "we got to get going." As Pellegrino ran into the closet, only to exit with a plasma hand blaster. Before they could react, another missile hit the building, causing pieces of the outer wall to crumble off the side. The lights in the room began to flicker, and the water pipe bursting the sick. Leon couldn't move, too many thoughts were running through his head. "What to do now," he thought, "What should I do...? My family, I got to get to them." "Your what, your family? Worry about them later, we have got to get out of here, before those Neo troops arrive, and kill us all," exclaimed Pellegrino as he ran to Leon, and was about to grab him by the arm. When Leon took off, dashing out the door, and heading down stairs. He made it to the garage, where his classic 1999 Harley chopper sat. Jumped onto it, and took of, blasting the garage door off the hinges with his blaster, and heading away from the campus. He was able to outrun them, only due to the fact he added a turbo engine to the bike. As he road the bike, heading towards his home, the sky broke open, and began to shed its tear on what happen to take place behind him. He never looked back, only forward, hoping to get to his family in time. * * * * * * * * * * * * * The dropship entered Enceladus's atmosphere, and roaring sound was heard as the stress on the outer haul of the ship lightened. The ship had finally reached the safe drop Altitude, and made a swan dive, and pulled up, releasing the capsules. The Jumptroops rained out of the sky, like tree lilies falling on to a calm pond surface, but this was no pond. Far from, and nothing peaceful about where they were going to land. Right smack in the middle of a war zone, and each one of their cells opened, upon touchdown. The Jumptroops realized exactly what they were a part of with every passing second. They grouped up, and made their way to the target area. Attacking like a pack of wolves, heading towards their prey head on, only to split apart and attack from all sides. And wolves they were, but not hunting for prey, but for justice. To finally put an end to the Pirate Tyranny over the home worlds. "Aright, Crow, and Robert you get the Right flank, Olivia and Leon, you two get the left flank, while me and Dirk will get them right between the eyes," said Capt. Tom J as he looked to his troops, seeing in their faces the horror, the sadness, and the rush. "Aright now...Break, and lets go kick some pirate butt!" with those last words from the Capt, the pack broke off, and headed towards their own sides. Destroying anything, and everything in their paths that looked hostile. These Jumptroops were trained to kill, or be killed, and being killed was not an option. Plasma fire came from all over the place, exploding Pirate batteries were heard through out, falling Pirate soldiers were seen. This was no playground, one false move, and you were as good as dead. Radio transmission flip back and forth among the troops, and it seemed like Crow and Robert were getting most of the action. "YAAHHOOOO...."cried out Crow, and later broke out into an old revised childhood song, "One little, BOOM, two little, three litt...." but got interrupted by the Capt. "Crow, take easy over there on the radio transmissions, don't forget where we are. Unless it is an emergency, strict radio silence, you understand?" "Yes sir," replied crow, as he cut the communications link. "Crow, take is easy over there, take it easy over there, blah, blah, blah, good grief, can't we have a little fun?" mocking his captains orders to himself. Leon and Olivia were pinned down by Pirate assault blasters, its source unknown, to them it looked like it was coming from everywhere. Leon looked over to Olivia, who was leaning over behind a rock. He gestures to her to cover him as he tried to see if he could move forward. She understood what he implied to her, and rolled around the rock, opening fire at where she thought the source could have been coming from. Leon took that chance, and leap forward, as he did, he noticed were the Pirate Blaster was located. "Gotcha," he said to himself, as he aimed, and opened fire upon the enemy soldiers, destroying the gun and killing the soldiers, but they were able to squeeze out a couple of rounds before they were killed. "Now that was too swee..." and before he could finish, he was interrupted by a cry from Olivia. "Leon...." she gasped out to him. He quickly turned around to she her lying on the ground "NNNNoooo...." he yelled out as he leapt over, and kneeled to her side. Taking close assessment, and searching for a leak he called out on the radio, "I need some help over here!" He stood guard over Olivia, searching the ground for any moving objects, while tending to her as well. "On my way!" replied the Capt. All he could do now is wait for help to arrive, looking around for any hostiles, and trying to comfort Olivia, "Hold girl, from what I hear, you have survived worse than this. Just hold on. Soon enough, the Capt. Jose was kneeling by their side. He ordered the troops to stand their ground till he got the Situation cleared up. Took out a collapsible litter, and carefully sealed her in, just in case of an air leak. As the Capt. and Leon tended to Olivia, a loud explosion was heard coming from the right, moment later the shock wave was felt. "Sierra-Three report" he yelled out over the radio, knowing that they were nearby where the explosion had taken place. They later found out, a fusion pack has exploded on a gun battery, and there were several wounded. Leon carefully lifted Olivia into his arms, and he and the Capt. made there way to the sight. As they made their way, Leon could not stop but to look at Olivia, his thoughts drifted for a sec, as he spoke to her. "You'll going to make it... don't worry, I am going to make sure of it, sis."
