Once we reached the actual base, I started, "All right people, this
is the moment you were born for, let's hurry up, and get out of here with all
people intact, Sergeant. O'Muirdagh, put your electronic thing on the door
or wherever," he put it on, it took about two minutes but it finally opened
the door. I had my stance ready for anything, except for what I found,
nothing. But I was glad as hell.
	The corridor was about three meters thick, with the sides going in
about half of a meter on each side when it came to the doorway. I couldn't
clearly see beyond that, the whole thing was a dull gray. From what I could
tell, the corridor was about five meters long. I walked down, motioning for
Crow and the gang to follow.
	When I came close to the end of the corridor, I sat down and motioned
for the rest. I looked around the corner, and saw, this is what I couldn't
believe, a Neo-sapien. I swore under my breath. "Crow, look around the corner
tell me what you see. I want to make sure that I'm not delusional,"
	He did, and he came back to say, "I didn't know Neo-sapiens scratched
their heads," he retorted to me.
	"All right people, three, other side, I'm gonna get him down here,
and you guys beat him till he's dead. Okay?" they all nodded.
	I pulled a knife out of my boot, readied it in my hand, and threw.
There was a rather loud clatter when the knife fell to the ground after
hitting the Neo by the handle, and an even louder, I shouted out 'Shit!' I
then ran back behind the small niche while he shot at me. "Same plan people!"
	The Neo came down, and the first thing he did was smash me in the
face with the butt of his gun. I yelped. Blood ran down face. I couldn't see
much until after he hit me in the groin the third time and I smeared enough
blood away from my eyes to see. When I could, I staggered outside, I could
hear Crow shouting obscenities at me, vaguely. When I re-entered the room, I
saw O'Muirdagh on the wall, nearly unconscious. I took the rock I grabbed,
and hit it on that damned Neo's head as hard as I could. From what I can
remember, I smashed his head in for about a three inch radius.
	Now, at this point, I grabbed his gun, and stepped in front. After
securing the area, we all traveled up the stairs. I pointed my gun in, and
stepped into the first room, there was a freakin' Neo breeding chamber,
makeshift, of course, but, I knew it must be gotten rid of.
	I signaled for the rest to follow me. Once everyone was there, I
aimed, readied, and shot. Nothing, that must be reinforced. Right then, Sgt.
O'Donnell fell onto me, a hole in her back. I turned around and started
shooting, a laser bolt tearing through my shoulder, sending me back, to the
ground. Crow grabbed the gun, I fell unconscious.
