1 package pita bread 1 tub of hummus 2 cucumbers 2 tomatoes

These sandwiches are great for a summer night. First cut cucumbers and tomatoes into round slices. then, cut the pita bread in half. Spread inside with hummus (be careful-the bread might tear a bit). Put sliced cucumbers and tomatoes in sandwich until full. I like to serve this with instant cous-couse and mint tea. -Even Sven
