This is Desert Rainbow's Sweet Melody, a black mammoth jenny foal. She is out of Pacha, our gaited mammoth jennet (who will soon be going to a new home). Pacha is the black jenny behind Melody. She is sired by our mammoth jack, King George. Melody is a very sweet, cuddly donkey girl. We are going to keep Melody, as we feel she will make an excellent riding donkey, when she's older.
