Hi and thanks for droppin by. Well, now a little about me and where I'm from.
I was born to a family of 8 brothers and 1 sister. I came in 4th oldest, after my sister.
Jimmy, Andrew, Patrica, me, Micheal, Christopher, Graham, Gordon and David.
Jimmy at the age of 4 and Patrica at the age of 3 were adopted to other families.
Jimmy grow up as a Te Rore in Whangarei and Patrica grow up as a Penny in Auckland.
I found them in 1996 after the red tape was lifted, by the government.
Thanks to the Child Youth and Family Adoption and Infomation & Services Unit, Jimmy was found still living in Whangarei and Patrica was found in Australia.
We had an awsome reunion and the everyone in the family feels like a whole unit.
As a child, our family moved around from town to town. I attended 9 different schools,
before starting high school. The best school was the school of life, which you only
learn on the road.
My 5 Younger brothers were all born in different towns. The rest of us were born in the Auckland area.
Spending less than a year at a differant school, made it hard to make close friends and
after spending time moving around the east coast and central North Island, we came to settle,
in a place called Norsewood, In central Hawkes Bay where I spent the last 4 years of school.
The first immigrants for Norsewood, arrived on the "Hovding" from Norway and they arrived in
Napier on Sunday, 15th September 1872. Norsewood is a small farming comunity
After finishing Norsewood Primary school, I went to Dannivirke High for three yaers.
From there I left school and moved to Wellington to start my own life.
In Wellington, I stayed in a boys hostel and made same really good friends.
I
went flatting with three of the guys that were in the hostel.
After doing the single thing for a couple of years with my mates e.g pub, clubs parties and girls.
My ladies name is Kinny and I met her, when I moved into a flat next to a girls hostel, where Kinny was staying.
After meeting the girls and going out with them, I found that out of all the girls, I only had eyes for Kinny.
So one day I took a chance and asked her to go steady and she said Yes!!!!!!
Life was great and we partied and had fun getting to know each other.
Now that was over 20 years ago and the party continues.
I married Kinny, who I love with all my heart
During these past 20yrs, we've had 4 children; Megan, Candice, Mathew and Vincent
and there's also our dog Peanut.
We have a great marriage and thats not an easy thing, cause it takes two, to make it
work and we try. Kinny is a very loving, caring person and has a heart of gold too.
Sometimes I don't realise this and need a wake-up call, now and again!!
I love this woman with all my heart and, I always will.
My favourite soundz are Blues singers like;
Stevie Ray Vaughan, George Thorogood, Gary Moore and Eric Clapton that top my list.
I also enjoy listening to the classic oldies 1950s & 60s rock & roll, only cause I like
to sing along with them, as long as no one is in ear shoot of me. hahahaha.
I sometime get in the mood for a little sexy Jazz or get down to some real funk and dance.
But in general I like most of whats playing today.
I've worked as a Painter and Paperhange for the last 26yrs. I run my own business and,
it's a pretty demanding industry. There's alot of us out their trying to make ends meet.
I enjoy the life in the sun, walks in the forest, Swimming at the beach and B-B-Qs by a lake or river.
I'm 44 and about 6ft tall and 92k with long black hair and brown eyes.
I spend most of my working days and leisure time out in the sun.
I don't like the cold, Brrrr, but sometimes I like to feel the summer rain on my face.
The evening, weather it's movies, dining out, dancing or staying home, it's all fun.
The best thing is that I share my life with the ones I love.
Well thats a little about me. Don't foreget to check out
the rest of my families homepages.
Please come and see the up dates. I'm making my own grahpics now,
so there will be changes for me to do and you to see.
