HOTONDOThere are several concerns with this floor plan. Firstly the use of the kitchenas a pathway to the laundry and outside, especially as this crosses in front of the pantry. This is at least impractical and at worst dangerous. The toilet should be cut of by another door between it and the kitchen for health reasons. The arrangement of the bathroom, WC, bedroom 3 and livingroon wastes considerable space in a passageway. There are no built in robes in bedroom 3. |
