PROFILEThe internal courtyard provided in this house was said by the tenant to be a waste. It creates energy problems; in the winter as it acts like a heat sink, and in summer it creates overheating. This feature also makes heating the bedrooms extremely difficult. Health requirements would suggest that a hall door should be placed between the kitchen and WC. Again the linen cupboard is inadequate. |
