WESTStorage was problematic in this house, not due to a lack but it's poor placement at the front entry. Again we see the use of the dining area as a thoroughfare from the kitchen to the backyard via the laundry. The internal WC presents ventilation problems. The requirement for constant use of an exhaust fan which may not even be provided, wastes energy. |
