Updates on New Stations in the Process of Construction

CLAY TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN)

     Clay Twp. is adding on to their station #2 on Auten Road.  New
sleeping quarters, administrative offices, an expanded kitchen, as well
as a new dispatch center are just some of the features of the addition.

HARRIS TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN)

     Harris Twp. has taken possession of a brand new station at the corner 
of Bittersweet and Anderson. PICS COMING SOON!  

PENN NORTH FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN)

     Penn North has temporarily constructed a pole barn style building
and call it station #2 on Apple Road.  A new station will be 
constructed in the near future but this will hold thier new apparatus 
for now.  

SOUTH BEND FIRE DEPARTMENT (South Bend, IN)

     South Bend Fire Department will soon finish completion on a new fire
station.  Engine Company 10 on Ireland Road will be moved to a new house on
York Road.  St. Joseph County Medic 10 is planned to remain at the
old station along with all of the reserver medic units for the South
Bend Fire Department.
