"It was around the Xmas holiday season in 2000. My mother, sister and I were on a NYC bound Amtrak train coming from Virginia ... During the eight-hour trip, I kept noticing this fine-looking sister who kept walking back and forth through my car. We made eye-to-eye contact numerous times and I was tempted to flirt with her.
About an hour after that, my mother decides she wants to get up and go to the bathroom. Coming back from the bathroom in her usual agressive way, she's dragging this poor girl back from the bathroom line (which was quite long, by the way) announcing
to my sister and me, "Do you have any idea who this is?" Well, the more I looked I realized it was the same girl who I was flirting with earlier was Tatyana Ali. My God, she was so beautiful, and so gracious for putting up with my mother literally grabbing her by the wrist in excitement (from the line to the women's bathroom, no doubt).
