Resigned from DEN in 1999. He and his two cofounders left shortly after one of them, Marc Collins-Rector, settled a sexual harassment lawsuit, BusinessWeek reported. Collins-Rector denied his departure was linked to the lawsuit; Pierce and Chad M. Shackley, the third DEN cofounder, were not named in the lawsuit.
Held in Spain along with Shackley in 2002, the Associated Press reported, after Collins-Rector was taken into custody there on U.S. child-sex charges.
Founded Internet Gaming Entertainment (IGE) in 2001.
Played the young Emilio Estevez in The Mighty Ducks and D2: The Mighty Ducks.
