SHERWOOD GREEN
Sherwood Green is a small townhouse project in Richmond, B.C. This is the first project for Talisman Homes, a young and energetic development company destined to do great things in the Vancouver area over the next few years.
The project is composed of 28 units in two phases. The development frames the entry to the Quilchena Golf and Country Club. Several of the units overlook the 10th tee.
The units are 2000 to 2200 square feet in size. The majority of the units are constructed in duplex form.
Phase One was completed and sold out by late fall 1997. Phase Two is currently under construction and the show home is expected to be opened in early February 1998.
