2. List 10 masculine things you admire about your man. If you like, you can ask him to do the same, and then you can read your lists to each other.

3. As you think about, observe, and listen to him, express admiration in words. Your specific assignment in this area is to comment on his masculine body in some way. For many women, this is a hard thing to do. We are not used to expressing physical admiration vocally. There are many success stories on this subject in this chapter. Don't forgo this area of your assignment - it will be worth the momentary embarrassment.
