Solution #7.  Know, that bad ideas and actions, make room for worse ones!  Cf. 1 Kings 13:33  After this thing Jeroboam returned not from his evil way, but made again of the lowest of the people priests of the high places: whosoever would, he consecrated him, and he became one of the priests of the high places.

 

Trick #11.  To get us to keep company with evil society. 

 

Solution #1. Think on the commands, in the Bible again such. Cf. Prov.4: 14 ¶ Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.

15  Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.

16  For they sleep not, except they have done mischief; and their sleep is taken away, unless they cause some to fall.

17  For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.

18  But the path of the just is as the shining light, that shineth more and more unto the perfect day.

19  The way of the wicked is as darkness: they know not at what they stumble.

 Eph.5: 11  And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

  2 Thess.3: 6 ¶ Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

 

Solution #2. Know that bad company is bad for you! Cf. Prov. 13: 20 ¶ He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.

21 ¶ Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed.

It is easy to become like the ones we hang around with. Cf. Psalms 119:63 ¶ I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.

Hebrews 10:24  And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:

Proverbs 1:11  If they say, Come with us, let us lay wait for blood, let us lurk privily for the innocent without cause:

Proverbs 1:12  Let us swallow them up alive as the grave; and whole, as those that go down into the pit:

Proverbs 1:13  We shall find all precious substance, we shall fill our houses with spoil:

Proverbs 1:14  Cast in thy lot among us; let us all have one purse:

Proverbs 1:15  My son, walk not thou in the way with them; refrain thy foot from their path:

Proverbs 1:16  For their feet run to evil, and make haste to shed blood.

Proverbs 1:17  Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird.

Proverbs 1:18  And they lay wait for their own blood; they lurk privily for their own lives.

Proverbs 1:19  So are the ways of every one that is greedy of gain; which taketh away the life of the owners thereof.

Revelation 18:4  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

   

 Solution #3. To see evil people and sin, the way that God does.  Cf. 1 Sam. 25: 25  Let not my lord, I pray thee, regard this man of Belial, even Nabal: for as his name is, so is he; Nabal is his name, and folly is with him: but I thine handmaid saw not the young men of my lord, whom thou didst send.

The Hebrew word for "Belial" is " bel-e-yah'-al", the word means "worthlessness".    

The Hebrew word for "Nabal" is "naw-bawl'" , it means "fool".
