Brian was present for this concert. The contributor notes:"The Beach Boys did two shows that weekend, and luckily I saw the one with Brian, which I believe was his last with the group for several years. (In his autobiography, Brian refers incorrectly to a show around this time at 'the Circle Theater in Oakland' on May 5, at which they supposedly sang 'Their Hearts Were Full of Spring.' He also claims it was the anniversary of Murry's death, which was June 4. Oh well!) At any rate, Brian looked good, but seemed panicked for most of the show, except briefly when he came out from behind the keyboard to sing 'In My Room.'"
