With BRI's lawsuit still pending, Al Jardine continued to tour as "Al Jardine's Family & Friends Beach Band". This was the second venue at which this name was used. This was a private function for opening night of the Monarch Foods convention. According to the stage setlist, "Heroes & Villains" was to be performed, but was cut for some reason. Ed Carter was absent for this show.
