A Word from Our NEW President Dear RCWRT members, We are looking forward to a grand year in the Richmond Civil War Round Table in 2012 as Virginia continues to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. Brent Morgan has lined up some excellent speakers and I am certain that our newly elected 2nd Vice President, Bruce Venter, will plan an enjoyable and interesting annual trip. Hope you'll join us for our first meeting of the New Year on Tuesday, 10 January 2012, when we will honor our outgoing President, Dr. David Whitehead. At our January meeting, I will have two questions for you. I would appreciate your thinking about the following: 1. Would you be inclined to change our meeting time from 8:00 PM to 7:30 PM? 2. Shall we have a November dinner meeting again in 2012? Best wishes to each and every one of you for the Happiest of New Years! John "Jack" W. Mountcastle, President
