DECALS MADE WITH CLEAR TAPE
by: Carol (Jody)

Using clear package sealing tape;
Place the tape sticky side down on any picture you have.

Bray it down really good.

Place tape and paper picture into water and let set for about 5 min.

Take out and gently rub your fingers on the paper side of the tape.

When you get all the pulp rubbed off you will be left with a decal to trim and put anywhere.

It will have a tiny bit of sticky left, but I used glue to make sure it stayed on my button (project).

I used the silouettes from the Sun news paper ads for address labels and buttons with an ivory centers, to make pictures for a wall.

I have also used this method to take off color pictures for plates.
