Honey - Tapioca Cookies
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup margarine ( I use Spectrum Spread)
1 whole egg
1 1/2 cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 cup Ener-g Potato Mix or can use Potato Starch Flour but the mix is
better
Cream honey and margarine add egg and mix well. Add flours slowly and mix
thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for
10-12 min.
