Mix dry ingredients. Separate egg yolk from egg white & beat egg white to
stiff peaks. Set aside. Mix egg yolk, honey, oil, milk, & wet fruit. Add
dry ingredients to this mixture & fold in egg white. For extra fluffy
waffles, add 1 tsp. cider vinegar & mix gently. Pour 1/3-1/2 cup mixture
into waffle iron. If desired, freeze extras in ziplock bags & reheat in
toaster or microwave.
