Lia Chang is an actor, a photographer and a columnist. Featured as Mr. Green's receptionist in The Tax Man, an independent film due out this Fall, she can be seen on Another World, One Life to Live, and As the World Turns. Her film credits include Wolf, New Jack City, A Kiss Before Dying, King of New York, and Big Trouble in Little China. She made her stage debut as Liat with Robert Goulet and Barbara Eden in South Pacific and starred as Joy in the Signature Theatre Company's production of Sam Shepard's Obie-award winning play, Chicago, directed by Joseph Chaikin at the Public Theater in New York. Lia writes about culture and style and is working on a book that will feature her in-depth profiles and behind the scene photo essays of her colleagues and contemporaries in the performing arts, journalism and fashion. As the culture photographer for KYODO News, her work has been internationally exhibited and featured in Paris Review, German ELLE, VIBE, TV Guide, The New York Times, Asian New Yorker, and AsianWeek. She heads her own production company Lia Chang Clicks that oversees the production and distribution of her photography exhibits, posters, custom made greeting cards and photo albums.
