PURPOSE
VAEC is an informal currently one person organization[administered by a Canadian teacher]whose aim is to facilitate and enhance visual arts oriented learning and growth for any learner and teacher. This site serves as a handy ready reference to what is available on the Internet especially in North America for anyone interested in visual arts(va).
VAEC desires to make this site as user friendly and practical as possible. VAEC also wishes to have strong Canadian and International content focuses. Suggestions,constructive criticisms and pats on the back are all welcome! Above all this site is an educational one so enjoy and learn!

Historical Note: This page grew out of my need as an educator to get some kind of handle(byte:)))on the Internet's vast resources. As such please view it as an evolving workbook. Things can get messy in notebooks!
