This is my 19th year as an adult in Girl Scouts. I have served as leader of every age level, am a trainer and have directed Day and Core Camps and have held many positions both in the service unit and in the council.
I love working with the girls and I believe that I would still be a leader even if I didn't have a daughter in the troop.
I have already put three daughters through the program and am very proud to say that all three are Gold Award Recipents. They attended a total of 10 Wider Ops including Internationals. I am very proud of all they have accomplished and believe that Girl Scouts and its members helped shape them into the women they are today.
(In case you are confused there are 20 years between my oldest daughter and my youngest who is now 7.)
I plan to add a section of ceremoneis, songs, and ideas in the future so please check back often.
The pages will also be littered with years of memories from our Girl Scout experiences.
Please return to visit often.
