All "DEL" Proprietary Materials, and other "DEL" materials, on the Internet, printed, on film, or produced by sound recording, or in any other format are the property of "Dexterous Export Line" and may not be used, reproduced, licensed or sublicensed in whole, or in part, by any person unless authorized by Dexterous Export Line". Television and radio broadcasts using the "Del" Proprietary Materials, or using any other materials that bear or use the "DEL" or "Dexterous Export Line" name in any manner or that are colorable imitations of any of the "DEL" Proprietary Materials, are prohibited without the prior written consent and approval of Dexterous Export Line.
