The flash died down, and Kristsi slowly opened her eyes to take in her surroundings. She wasn't herself in this dream. Instead, she watched the proceedings detached from the other characters. The setting was the backyard of a spacious house. A young woman in a sun dress was sitting in the grass watching her young girl play. A small boy, perhaps two years older than the girl was busily building a small tower out of wooden blocks. He stopped to watch as the girl crawled towards him. She reached out with her tiny hands and toppled the tower, sending the blocks tumbling over the grass.

"Enelra! Look at what you did! Now I have to start all over again!" the little boy cried in dismay. Kristsi gasped. That was the name that Kell insisted on calling her. She watched the proceedings with new interest. Enelra was throwing blocks at the boy and laughing with glee as they hit him squarely in the head.

"Okay pumpkin! That's enough of that! I'm sure Kell has had his fill of your antics for the day." A man walked out of the house on to the soft grass. Kristsi gasped again. It was her father, only much younger. Her mind whirled as pieces to the puzzle started to fall into place. Kell was her older brother? She didn't have much time to muse on this discovery. Her father had walked over to the young woman in the sun dress and kissed her lightly on the cheek. She looked up at him and smiled. Her mother. That was her mother. Kristsi studied her closely. She had dark hair like her own, unlike her father who had golden hair like Kell's. She didn't have much time to make any other observations. Her mother suddenly sat up straight as a gold aura erupted around her. Her father moved in front of his wife, taking on a protective stance. "Kell! Get Enelra and get someplace safe!" he yelled as another girl with a silver aura vaulted over the garden fence, fire balls spewing out of her outstretched hands towards Kristsi's mother. Kell grabbed the young girl and bolted towards the house as the battle commenced.
