Man, how long do we have to wait?!" Mercy exclaimed. "You'd think we would've run into someone we know by now."

The trio of Otaku had decided that sticking together was the best bet and had started making their way through the crowds, looking for a good vantage point. After Celly's little temper tantrum (which was justified; the only person she allowed to touch her in *that* way was Dion), they began to randomly began to move through the crowds.

"Don't worry, it won't be long now," Remy replied. "Those trucks didn't explode for no reason. Just try to keep calm... Sano-sama! Hidoi! I do not!"

Mercy chuckled a bit. The thought that Sano-sama, Aoshi-sama, and Mikagami-sama were stuck in Remy's mind was strange... but things could be worse, ne? Mercy looked up and saw Celly staring at something in the distance. "Celly? What's going on?"

Celly slowly turned her head. "I have the feeling that we're being watched. I suppose that it's time to fight," she said quietly.

"Are you really going through with it, Celly?" Remy asked.

"You know the answer to that," Celly remarked evenly.

"But how do we know that it's going to work?" Mercy insisted. "I mean, just because we remember things one way, doesn't mean it'll happen. Time traveling is really screwed up. Anything could go wrong!"

Celly hauled her BBBoD out of HammerSpace and smirked. "It'll go right because that's the way it'll happen. You know that I wouldn't let this opportunity slip through my fingers."

Remy and Mercy shared a look. "Okay," Remy sighed. "We're right behind you. But if this doesn't work, I'll never forgive you!"

******************************************

Celly made her way through the mob of people as quickly as she could. She couldn't fight the feeling that she had or the voice in her head telling her what to do. Celly scanned the crowd, looking for familiar faces. She knew Remy and Mercy were behind her, it was more of an instinct than anything else, it seemed that the Buzz wasn't working properly. Oh well, one headache less, I suppose.

There!

Celly's eyes narrowed as she saw the familiar trenchcoated figure calmly walking through the crowds. She couldn't see Susanne anywhere. That was good. Come on... Celly said silently to herself. Come on... Where are you, dammit? Come on! We're going to miss our chance! A battle cry sounded across the air force base and a shadowed figure jumped over the crowd, swinging her sword at Nyx. Nakago no Otaku jolted in surprise before she quickly whipped out her swords and parried the attack. The two figures slashed mercilessly at each other as the people started screaming and running away.

Now!

Celly darted forward in the instant the shadowed figure swung a blow that would have taken the trenchcoated one's head. But Nyx jumped back in time and started to attack back. As Nyx swung her sword, Celly came out of nowhere and moved the BBBoD in a wide slashing arc that cut Nyx's trench in half and left a shallow cut across her back. Nyx spun around in anger and her eyes widened.

"Celly? What the hell?!?" She looked back and forth between the shadowed figure and Celly, still on her guard but amazingly confused.

"What's wrong, Nyx-chan? Seeing double?" Celly asked. She flicked her gaze over to the shadowed figure. "Great timing, by the way."

The shadowed figure stepped into the flickering light and shouldered her BBBoD. The Celly of this time smirked. "You've got some moves too. This is one reason why people shouldn't time travel. You didn't really think that I'd miss this party, did you?"

The two Cellys faced the bewildered Nyx.

"I think that things..." Celly started.

"... are going to be very interesting from now on," past-Celly finished.
