Hello Family Members, As you know, the family reunion is in Dallas, Texas, August 2nd thru 4th and is hosted by the Robinson family. If you plan to attend, listed below is the information for the reunion. Please forward this information to other family members. Hotel Hampton Inn 1700 Rodeo Drive Mesquite, Texas 75149 1-800-426-7866 Check-In: Friday, August 2, 2002, 3:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. The Family Reunion package is available during check-in. They will include the T-shirt in the package. Therefore, I suggest contacting the Robinson family with the number of shirts and sizes for you and your family members. The rooms are reserved under "Mars/Parker.'' The rooms consist of king size and double beds. The rate is $72.00 per night. Hotel rates will differ for additional nights. These rates are $99.00 for two adults and $89.00 for one adult. However, they do not guarantee these rates; expect them to increase. Note: To secure the discount rate, you must make your reservation by July 3rd or they will not guarantee the $72.00 rate. Reunion Schedule: Friday, August 2nd - Check-In. They plan an outing to a Rodeo. Saturday, August 3rd - 10:00 AM - 2:00 P.M. Barbecue at the park. 8:00 P.M. - 2:00 A.M. The Banquet dinner at the hotel. Hello Family Members, The hotel misquoted me the hotel rates and reservation deadline date. The correct rate and deadline are: King and Double rooms are $65 per night. A Suite is $89 per night. The reservations must be made by 6/30/02 in order to secure the rates per the signed contract.
