The association aims to promote interest among
professionals in the world of oils and fats. To achieve this
goal, MOSTA hosts various types of professional activities. These
include conferences, workshops or public lectures. MOSTA also
provides scholarships and awards. |

MOSTA also has its own publication entitled MOST (Malaysian Oils Science
and Technology). The publication is biannual, with each issue
concentrating on general and specific issues in fats and oils.
Researchers, scientists, business professionals worldwide are
welcome to submit articles on fats and oils which may prove of
value to the business and research community.
